Our guides are knowledgeable of the area and the ever-changing regulations. They will be available to prepare your gear and equipment, assist in demonstrating proper fishing techniques depending on the species, and clean and package your catch.

Accommodations

Our lodge offers comfortable accommodations for hunting and fishing guests, accommodating up to eight people. For larger groups, we provide access to our separate lodging building, known as The Retreat. This spacious seven-bedroom, three-bathroom facility is just steps away from the main lodge and features a full kitchen, living space, and laundry area, ensuring privacy and convenience for bigger groups. All of these accommodations are provided at no extra charge.

Meals

Enjoy a hearty breakfast every morning. Select items based on your preferences.
Typical items: Pancakes, Eggs to order, meats, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, breads & pastries, coffee, milk and juices.
Lunch is served hot and at the lodge or if our guests would rather continue fishing, we will provide them with lunch served shoreside.
Dinner: The evening dinner is a hearty, home-cooked, family-style meal consisting of many salads, side dishes, and desserts, with main dishes varying each night.
Beverages and Snacks are available in the lodge at all times.
Cocktail Hour: Join us every evening for Cocktail Hour where you’re served appetizers and complimentary Beer, Wine and Spirits.

Flights to lodge

Shulin Lake Lodge offers complimentary round trip flights to our lodge from Anchorage or Willow, AK for our guests. We will be utilizing a well-known independent flight company that is familiar with the area, though the specific company may vary depending on availability.
Our team will take care of all arrangements for your travel, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. We will also provide complimentary pickup from Anchorage International Airport upon your arrival.

Fish cleaning & vacuum packing

We offer our guests a complete fish processing service at no extra charge. After your successful fishing expeditions, we take care of everything, including fish cleaning, filleting, vacuum sealing, packaging, and freezing. We even provide boxing for easy transport, ensuring that your catch is preserved and ready for you to enjoy or take home.

Fishing gear

We provide all the fishing gear you may need at no extra charge. Our offerings include rods, reels, fly fishing equipment, nets, and everything else necessary for a successful fishing experience. Enjoy your time on the water without the worry of extra costs for gear!

Adventure activities

At our lodge, we offer a range of exciting adventure activities to enhance your stay. Included in your experience are ATV riding, gold panning, hiking, and kayaking, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning natural surroundings.
Additionally, we provide several premium activities for an extra charge, carefully curated based on high guest ratings and enjoyment. These include breathtaking Denali flightseeing tours, glacier landings, and bear viewing experiences. We’re committed to ensuring that your adventure is unforgettable and tailored to your interests.
