Cancellations

At Shulin Lake Resort, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which helps us prepare for Alaska’s brief travel season.

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel within 90 days of your scheduled arrival, the full cost of your booking will be forfeited unless we can rebook your dates. In the event that your dates are successfully rebooked, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances—such as inclement weather, air traffic delays, or mechanical issues—can arise. Therefore, we highly recommend securing travel insurance to protect your non-refundable deposit in the case of unexpected cancellations.
